The agreement shall be subject to Scottish Law and under the jurisdiction of Scottish Courts
Terms
We will confirm your booking upon receipt of a 25% deposit with the balance payable 2 months before the cruise start date.
For Full boat bookings:
· 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
· A further deposit of 25% payable 4 months prior to start date.
· The remaining 50% is payable 2 months prior to start date.
Cancellation
If you cancel your booking your deposits will be forfeited.
If you cancel your booking within two months of the start of your holiday then you will be liable for the full cost of the holiday.
For peace of mind we strongly recommend taking out Accident & Cancellation Insurance at the time of your booking.
In accordance with "The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations1992" all passengers booking with Caledonian Discovery are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to Caledonian Discovery, including repatriation if required (this insurance will not cover repatriation to the country of origin for the passengers outside of the EU), arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Caledonian Discovery.
Your booking will be insured by IPP Ltd and its panel of insurers. - This insurance is only valid for passengers who book and pay directly with Caledonian Discovery. For further information please go to www.ipplondon.co.uk
Non availability
We reserve the right to cancel any cruise, in which case your payment will be returned without any further liability of the owners.
