HOW TO BOOK
Confirm that places are still available by looking at the 2008 dates & prices then
phone the office on 01397 772167 or complete an availability request form.
Once your request has been confirmed a 25% deposit is required payable
- on line by credit card over a secure web page
- by credit card over the phone
- send a cheque
We also require a booking form to be completed and returned to the office. This available to download from this website.
Start & Finish Details.
All cruises start at 2pm and finish 11am on the day of departure. Check the Schedule for the start and finish points.
Car parking is at no extra charge. We offer a transport service which can be booked for £12.50 per person and which will return you to where you joined the boat. Or why not take the easy way and return with the barge over a second week? We have special rates for two week trips - please contact us.
Under the terms of the EU Package Travel Directive your booking deposit and advance payment is secure with STATUS Holiday protection Insurance
Please Note: For safety and for the comfort of our guests smoking on the barge is only permitted on deck.
Caledonian Discovery is registered with the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority to provide Trekking and Watersports activities.
We are also an RYA recognised teaching establishment for sailing and hold the Investors in People Award.
Prices are per person & include:
· 3 or 6 nights accommodation.
· All meals from dinner on day of arrival to breakfast on departure day, including packed lunches as required.
· All instruction and use of bikes, canoes & specialist equipment etc.
Not included:
· Basic Accident and Cancellation Insurance. (Recommended)
· Walking boots - bring your own if you wish to take the hill walk option.
· Transport back to the start point (available at £12.50 - see booking form)
